Bank of Commerce Holdings (the "Holding Company") is a bank holding company ("BHC") registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended, and was incorporated in California on January 21, 1982. The Company owns Redding Bank of Commerce, and Roseville Bank of Commerce, a division of Redding Bank of Commerce.
